Samboja Lodge is a place of orangutan before reintroduction or released to their wildlife. Located on a hillside receiving cool breezes while being surrounded by lush regenerating secondary forest.

On Day Visitors program, guests would receive an orientation from one of our staff, an overview of Samboja Lestari Project. Participated in a 2-3 hour guided walking tour of Samboja Lestari visiting the “orangutan islands”, Sun bear sanctuary, composting facility and Reforestation Project. And have a traditional Indonesian lunch at Samboja Lodge.
